.....that's cause your car is not slammed enough and the wheels don't look like the axles are broke ......

(well, that's what the 30 car/3 years guy said .... )

Well, folks, I washed my car on Monday, because the weather was predicted to be clear & sunny. So, I was anticipating several long drives around the hills on dry roads.

However, for the last two days I have had the pleasure of running a day care/ infirmary for my two granddaughters.

I was going to pile them in the car and take them with me but they are not compatible with pa-pa's driving. The younger one is screaming "go faster, pa-pa ..... make it drift on my side!". The older one is screaming "slow down pa-pa, you're going too fast and a policeman is going to arrest us!"

OK, so we stayed home and played board games ..... DANG, I hate it when I get beat by a 5 year old .....

Doing what wrong? Building your car the way you want, or building your car the way others want?

Let's not stray away from the true car enthusiast mentality that we are all here for. Respect others' build, they love it - you don't have to.

In retrospect, that hipster-mustache-Forester guy sounds like a huge douche.

I know how you feel.
My daughter is with me almost everywhere I go so my fun driving is pretty limited.

The slammed negative camber fad is a prime example of building a car the way others want.

"doing it wrong" in the sense that coilovers were not intended to that kind of use. it allows for people to do get that 'look' but what's the point of low&slow when the suspension can't travel making ride quality rigid.

Oh she likes it too.
I just don't drive like how I would when I'm alone.

In that case, I've been doing corkscrews wrong this whole time opening wine bottles instead of removing bullets... Lol just trying to avoid knocking anyone's taste cuz that's how I felt the convo was going.

I'm personally not a fan of ridiculous camber. But when it's right, it's so right.

Go Blazers!

Exactly, I'm not a fan of it on MY car, but if you're into it then by all means go for it!
