I can't believe you crazy fuckers put your new cars straight into the salt, sand, and rocks of winter driving!!! Bigger balls than I.
Who's down for a springtime meet? I'd love to meet some fellow 86ers in Calgary/Edmonton.

Heated seats, heated mirrors. Believe me, I got more dents/dings and a cracked windshield from driving it last summer! Invest in some winter tires, and 3M rock gaurd, add a couple sandbags, and you will seriously not regret it! |

Eyyy! I found BRZZZZZZ on the forum haha
Recently got mine (LR was well) on the 21st and it's nice to see a region section for the twins. Quote:
all you really need is undercoat, full front clip 3M(I did expel as it's self healing when things hit it), and good winters I'm in for a spring meet Quote:

I winter drove last year.well I guess 2 years ago. lol. 2012 winter. after being rear ended 2x and 2 hit and runs. and dumping over $6k in parts initially with bushings mounts. drive shaft. etc. etc. I decided to get a winter beater. lol. And I had time to Supercharge it over the Christmas break. so It will never see winter again. lol.
That being said. I still miss winter driving it. lol Sent from my SGH-I337M using Tapatalk

Woah woah you got heated mirrors from favtory?!?!?
But everything else I agree with except I don't have sandbags hahah Sent from my SM-N900W8 using Tapatalk[/QUOTE] I did not initially know it had heated mirrors, then one day while I was sitting in the car to warm it up, and the car had that super thick "hoare frost" all over, including the side mirrors, I noticed that it melted and cleared up almost instantly! I also noticed that coming out of car washes while everything fogs up, the mirrors do not! I even put my hand on them and they are hot/warm! So to me it was a nice little unexpected bonus! Get some sandbags though.....I did an experiment driving up a steep, slippery, snow covered hill with and without sandbags......and had much better control and grip WITH the sandbags! Cheap investment, for noticeable results! |
