I was kinda thinking of a local place near me n jeffy. That's on the west valley and we are on the east, lol. I was thinking maybe this parking garage at vv and pecos by the San Tan mall near the apartments called Azul apartments. If you google them and see them on pecos road then it's the right place of what I'm talking about.

I was thinking of the one next to the hotel and civic center.
A friend and I took pics there late at night and all three floors where empty. Even took a pic of my GTO outside the garage in between a bunch of cop cars lol
