I'm in the A2 area, but might be relocating in the next 5-6 months. I have seen plenty of twins around, so I know I'm not alone around here.

Definitely want to do some minor moding, since this would be the first car I've owned worth moding..

Super excited to join the forum, since you all seem likes such nice people
Well, howdy, there Karigan and WELCOME to ye ol forum ......

Where in the heck is the "A2" area .... ?? Is that one of those areas after the world is almost destroyed ....

Oh, yes, modding is a popular sport around here.

Actually, your FR-S doesn't need anything changed for average driving.

Except, different tires will help it handle differently, an after market exhaust will make it sound more like a sports car, a shark fin antennae will clean up the roof line, mud flaps will help keep the sides from getting peppered, clear side markers are a nice touch, wheel locks give piece of mind, a free-er flowing air filter allows it to breath a bit easier, a spoiler in the back gives you something to hold onto when opening and closing the trunk, a trunk lid liner dresses up the trunk (if you spend a lot of time back there), ........

Like I say, your car doesn't NEED anything .... just wax it, fill it with premium gas, take it in for service at 7,500 miles (or 7.5 months) and drive it .......

Welcome Karigan! Hope you are enjoying the car! I just got mine a couple of weeks ago and started doing minor mods as well.

A2 = Ann Arbor, MI
I always forget people have no idea what I'm talking about when I say A2 ( even others who live in MI). My bad, lol
Thanks for the welcome!

Hi everyone !

Wanted to join this group for a while but didn't want to a bit lame for not having a FR-S . After saving up for quite some time I pulled the trigger and put my down payment towards a 2014 FR-S Monogram that I got from Capitol Toyota/Scion in San Jose, CA ! My daily driver currently right now is a 1992 Honda Prelude which has 205,XXX miles so I plan to retire her once I make better parking arrangements here in SF .

Hope everyone who reads this has a great day !

So last December I went car shopping and I really wanted a BRZ or FRS but couldn't justify it with all the shitty new york weather and various other reasons and ended up going with a 2014 Mini Paceman Cooper S model (which was a lot of fun). Two months later I accepted a job and Cali and relocated. Two nights ago, I handed over the keys of my Mini for this beauty...

Thank you thank you !

Now reading back what I said it may have sounded a bit silly

I usually join lots of forums in hopes to buy a car but since I really wanted to get an FR-S I didn't want to get my hopes up if I ended up not being able to afford it :P

This is the first picture of my car right after I signed the paperwork !

And this was a picture of the day after when surprising we got some rain ! I always wanted a car with daytime running lights !
