i just dont like how crunchy is set up. Nwanime is what i mainly use, but they usually dont have good mirrors on old anime.

Right... anime industry flatlining and they're producing more shows than a single person can watch...

you can keep your crunchyroll and limited selection of shows... in the meantime I'll enjoy my torrents with anime that's actually good, like Steins;Gate, Mawaru Penguindrum, Ouran Highschool Host Club... and the list goes on.

Really? I just went to NWanime, and it's got an atrocious layout. It's really hard to navigate, and the design of the page is pretty bad. There is just too much going on at once on their site. It needs some better organization. It's also not available on my PS3 or AppleTV. That's a HUGE bonus for Crunchyroll for me. Also I don't think NWAnime gets any money back to the creators. I really want them to get some money out of my viewing.

Attack on Titan is also on Hulu as well though. The only downside to Hulu are the commercials. (I don't have cable at all though, just internet, so I pay for CrunchyRoll, netflix, and Hulu instead of cable TV)

i absolutely hate hulu just because of those dam commercials lol. If hulu is the only mirror i will go and look for different anime sites that have different mirrors.

Ouran and Steins are both licensed and released already. A friend of mine worked on the Ouran project for the US release. You're just pirating and willingly stealing now. You're such a cool pirate. I hope someone decides to drive your car for you without asking or even really telling you they're doing it. It's cool, because they're getting it how they want it. Doesn't matter if it's yours.

You should do a little research about the current state of the Anime industry in Japan before you blindly make statements like that.

Here is one of the latest articles in a string of them starting in 2008 when the entire industry started to see a downturn in profits.

Yeah the commercials do get annoying, but once per break instead of 3 or more per break at 6.99 a month for whatever they have on my time instead of $60 plus a month of shows on their time just can't hold up for me. I only really watch Anime and movies, and sometimes a few shows. Even then I get distracted by all of my other hobbies or games. Example: Mad Men is an AWESOME show... I'm still on Season 1... Game of Thrones is INSANELY good, but I'm still in the middle of Season 2...

Everyone does stuff differently though. lol.

yea all im doing is watching anime and streaming tv shows since i broke my ankle. Im not a big fan of game of thrones for some reason; same thing with mad men lol.

Nope. I buy music. I have a job so I can buy things that I want. I've spent a little over $8,000 on iTunes since it came out on Windows in 2004. Before that I bought CDs. Music is one of my key hobbies. I don't do individual tracks. I buy albums and listen to them from start to finish. Reminds me of listening to music with my dad when I was young.

If I can pay for something I'm going to take that route.
