Is this type just one tint over the whole light or is the top and side coloured differently? In the pics, the areas I've pointed to look darker, is this the case?


If it makes it clearer, I want it dark on the top and side as our clusters are 100% chrome (no red) and that's what I want to remove but I don't want a dark tint over the areas that emit light and I don't care about the chrome on those parts.

I dont know of any in 60% at this time. Because of all the chrome underneath, even the 20% with look lighter.

@Bluebatmobile that still hasn't quite answered my question, which I should probably simplify to this:
Is that type of overlay just a single % tint on the whole film or is there a different shade around the side and top of the light. It really isn't that clear in photos and this is all I'm trying to clarify.

I installed the amber fog overlays but I messed up. You can't tell from far away but I rushed it and I'm a total noob with vinyl.. How much for a replacement?? and do you have an installer in the Bay Area? I want it done right.

Damn! That amber looks great. I think if I ever took off my yellow overlays, this is what would go on instead.

I agree. I searched and searched but couldn't find any pictures of amber overlays so I got them just to try it out. The overlays and amber bulb in the headlights add a nice touch. It also gives it a bit of a retro look. Plus it looks pretty sweet at night!

I had to use the HDR feature on my crappy iPhone for this picture to get an accurate color output from the fogs. I have nokya 2500k bulbs as well, giving it golden yellow light
