Thanks for the welcome. Yea, I plan to make a couple somewhat big trip. NY to myrtle beach or something like that. Should be fun. Taking the scenic route might even add to the fun.

Hello everyone, new on the forums! We just got a monogram FRS and love it very much. Of all 3 scions I've owned, I think this is the one I will finally pay off and actually stick with!

Hi all! I'm Chris, and I live in Northern Virginia in the US. I used to own a Release Series 2.0 2005 Scion xB Manual. after 9 years of owning it I decided I'd get a new car. Ended up with a Scion FR-S Raven Manual Monogram! I bought it 6 days ago (Thursday) and love every minute of it and will continue to do so, just like my last car. I have a few things I'd like to add to my car but all in all I don't want to do any major changes. I think the Monogram package added quite the few necessary components that I feel the stock model was missing.

I'd post a picture but it is just the same as another Raven FR-S... for now.

Ha! Well the only reason I added "in the US" was because I saw others posting from other countries so it was mostly for their benefit :P

Thanks for the warm welcome

Hello everyone, I'm Neil and I live in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. I currently drive a Raven FRS. I bought my FRS about a month ago but have been too shy to comment on the forums even though I have been following for a while.

...... yuu ...... opps, sorry, you're shy, let me tone that down a bit ....

How can you be shy and live in the East Bay ... ?? Isn't that where Oakland is .. ??

You don't need to be shy here on .... The Friendly Forum .....

When in doubt, just preface your comments with "in my opinion" or "it's my understanding".

If you have a question, be sure you have read the manual and at least attempted to do a "search". A good search tool is to use "google" and preface your criteria with "site:ft86club.com" (without the quotes).

You may also PM ol humfrz ...... and I'll get ya all screwed up .....

Don't be ah feared to post ..... if your post is ignorant ..... the "forum wolves" will let you know ......... (jest ah messen wich ya).

Hey folks! New to the forum, just got my WR Blue BRZ Limited two weeks ago and loving it. In downtown St. Louis, so hoping to get out to the country roads soon and have some fun.

WELCOME to ... The Forum, mattyro and CONGRATULATIONS on your new car purchase...

Yep, country roads is what your BRZ was made for.

I'd suggest following route 94 down along the river. Taste (just taste) some wine along the way......

Bought a '13 FRS yesterday...asphalt grey, 6 spd manual. It's a 1 owner car with 9K miles.

Have owned many sports cars, and many Toyotas. Had 2 914s, 2 MR2s, (last one was a pristine '91 turbo), then a Miata, a 350Z, and now the FRS.

Just bought my wife a '14 Camry (her 4th Camry), and my DD is a '11 Taco.
