I just don't want things to go bad and go all dramatic cause then it's just gets dumb once it gets on the net ya know.
That would be awesome, but only if she gets her OWN manual car to drive every day, not mine. A girl driving stick is always a turn on, but not when she takes you car and leaves you the corolla

Asuza seems like a nice and quiet city though, love that it's got a great view and is surrounded by mountains. I still would have to say I'm jealous of west coast. I was looking into those housing developments that's happening over there, 300K for a big single home is a good price compared to the expensive houses here in DC, 300K will buy you a small town house here.

Though the law on cars over there is tougher I believe.

I'm from TN. 300k would get you a mansion and Acres of land to put it on. No way I would trade that up for the West Coast.

And yeah car laws is the other draw back.

Yo you made a good point I feel you on that one, I would definitely wouldn't want her to have like the same exact thing. Thought I wouldn't mind if like say I have S15 NA and her was TURBO in a diff color. For FT86 it better not be the same color. :/ well a guy can keep on dreaming, sigh this thing needs to hurry up and be confirmed and reviewed n stuff. I need a new car soon, I feel like my manual driving skills is slipping because I have no car.

and I was driving around Cali with a New GTI (borrowed a MKVI from a friend)No mods only 3 months old. Those are really fun and refined inside. The plaid seats were really funky but it grows on ya. Still just didn't feel as good as a good old Japanese car. I love Hot hatches.

and wow TN? never been there should visit one day

They don't slip -- trust me. I went 2 years between driving cars and I still have pretty smooth shifts -- if anything, it took more time to adjust to the cars engage point and slip points vs driving manual again.

I kinda hate living here because the cost of living is so high. But when you grow up here you don't wanna leave..

Yup.. Hate living here too. Unless if you live in Irvine, Newport or Laguna.. people don't mess with your car. Any other city.. they'll f' it up as much as it takes. Hell.. they even broke into my friend's car once to take her text books and.. shift knob. -_- They also took 3/4 of her wheels.. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT?! Oh wait.. the scum of OC do.

this thread is sure going off topic.. lol and i'm contributing to it! so true about the cars getting messed with... my s2k got egged on the drivers side door right before i sold it... left a frickin impact crater. tryin to save up for a place with a garage but as others said it's flippin expensive here. but everyone i grew up with is either here or in tokyo, cars last forever here because of the weather, the beach is nice, and i can get plenty of japanese food here. so i don't wanna leave. and tokyo's even more expensive

I love his name, too. Fits perfectly with the question.

Do a search please. But to answer your question, it's been said that the engine is going to be a 2.0L flat 4 boxer. There have been rumors flying around about larger displacement this, turbocharged that, but nothing official. No solid hp/torque numbers.
