Good choice! Can't go wrong there.

Now if we can only get this weather to move on quickly...

Just been looking at the website...though they have been delayed in making the call before. I live in the area, so I was hoping to get there early enough that I could tell you guys if it was cancelled (as in, nobody shows up), but it sounds like a couple of you will be there before me. I don't want to make you guys drive out there for no reason, though.

Slowest body shop ever, I swear. How hard is it to do a repaint on a front bumper when I dropped it off a day and a half ago?!?!?

Looks like I won't be joining you guys, at least in the cruising portion...knew I should have waited to get the scrape repaired If this happens, I will see you guys tonight!

I made the freakin' drive and there was nobody there. Well, there was this Canadian from Vancouver who had stopped by hoping to see some nice cars. He got to see mine because at 6:10 PM I was there by myself. I only stayed 10 minutes or so and then started the one hour and fifteen minute drive back home. Wasted trip and I got the car all dirty on the wet roads!

Tomorrow, my son wants me to go car shopping with him. He will be looking at FR-S and BRZs first. That is what he wants if he can fit in one. He is 6'4" and 260lbs. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good car dealer? We have Cain Toyota, Park Subaru, Cascade Subaru and Summit Toyota close to us but selection is limited and their prices seem high to me. Cain also has a 370Z he may look at if he cannot fit in the FR-S.

Hey man, really sorry that you drove all this way for pretty much nothing. Hope this won't taint you from coming out again. I know I would be pissed too if that happened to me. FWIW, we're getting pounded hard right now with rain. I really am surprised they didn't post up on the website that it was cancelled. I will be having words with whoever leads that group next week.

As far as postponement--they haven't posted anything yet. Next week is a special event, their "challenge night," so I doubt they will be combining it with any other shows. I'll keep you posted. At least I'll have my car back by then

I am not pissed. Just a little disappointed. I actually had a nice drive and I got challenged by a Crossfire and a slammed RSX on I 77 south. I did not accept because I have learned long ago not to street race but I did take it as a complement. I do not like Crossfires but that RSX was Badass!

Now, I am looking forward to attending my first Akron-Canton Cars and Coffee in North Canton on Saturday. It sucks that it is the same weekend as the Cleveland Cars and Coffee so I will miss seeing you guys but I have to check it out and support it so it keeps growing.

I am sure I will see you guys again soon.

Hey, you are right. That means you guys have no excuse not to drive down to the North Canton one!
