Starfield at 10 hours.
Performance is good. For some reason my AMD fps counter isn't working.
Too many buttons to remember. Interface is clunky.
There are cut-scenes.

No bugs at all although there is clipping at times.
So far I'm thinking the game is a tech marvel but my enjoyment rating is mmmmmm... 6.5/10.
But it is early days. I still have to think about how to run the the interface.

It is definitely a Bethesda game.

My thoughts exactly. I am at two hours, the fact that it runs so stable is a huge win in itself. There's so much info thrown at you, like map travel, ship controls, inventory, it can be very overwhelming.

Kind of weird with the AMD thing since AMD is the "exclusive" partner for this game.

Im reading that Starfield starts off pretty slow but picks up after a few hours...
so it doesn't leave a good first impression but you got to stick with it.

How many gamers have the patience for that nowadays?

Crazy to see CS:GO and R6S still up on the top seller list. They are both pretty old now, especially CS.

10 hours into Starfield.

-Minor bugs as pictured above. But nothing game breaking.
-Some screen tearing, when you move the camera, the whole picture sort of blurs. Unlikely is my GPU or Monitor Refresh Rate because the game is locked at 60FPS.
-some textures seem to struggle as you walk.

Here are the good things.
-Persuasion dialog, really simple to talk your way out of a conflict or paying too much for info.
-Lockpicking, extremely intuitive and actually fun to figure out.
-scanner, sort of like Horizon Zero Dawn, not only does it highlight all items on your surroundings, but it helps you travel and lock on fast travel locations.
-Companions are not entirely useless, crew members have certain abilities that do help.
-Gathering materials is pretty fun.
-It is more of a Fallout 4 gameplay. So it is easy to understand some of the mechanics and exploring.
-Weapons, especially shotguns, are devastating against foes.

Would I pay the same amount of money I did? Absolutely. It’s refreshing to play a AAA game that just has so much to do and hasn’t really bothered me too much.

Assetto Corsa Competizzione is bloody good game. Nothing like GT7, and with a DD wheel, it’s even more phenomenal.

27 hours of Starfield.
It isn't a bad game but I had thoughts of getting a refund. The only thing stopping me was I have nothing else new to play.
Not much has changed since my last report. Too many cut scenes that that interrupt the flow of the game. Nothing happens while fast traveling through space. One can't admire the view because there is no view. It just a contrived loading time.
It hasn't moved gaming on from Skyrim.
I'm just hoping it will keep me entertained until Phantom Liberty gets released.
