Just to update. 10K miles, no problems. Never refused to start in the extreme colds in upstate NY. Snow, ice, rain, or shine ... never driven anything else. Still running great. Oh, maybe just a bit on the cons side, it is a little more tiring to control the boosted car in snow ... maybe because I only had four-season tires

I haven’t seen this particular question yet (apologies if I missed it) but for someone who doesn’t have huge hp goals is there any benefit to going with the C38 kit over the C30 in regards to overall system operational efficiency etc? I guess more specifically- does the larger impeller at lower rpm change power delivery in any appreciable ways?
Edit- or reduced wear & tear due to lower rpm? |

Hi Folks,
My belt snapped and also damaged the idler pulley. I need one idler pulley ASAP. I bought the belt from 86 speed factory. Anyone know where I can get the idler pulley. And can I use the stock idler pulley? Thank you Vish |

The stock idler you removed can be used in a pinch, but not ideal. You can order from CSG or direct from JR.
