Engine is on it's way. Hopefully be here early next week. I am still having issues deciding on how to move it. Lift Gate service is provided, but beyond that I am on my own. Should be an interesting day.

Transmission will ordered Early next week sometime, along with throwout bearing, and maybe tilton master.

All that is left is Vorshlag to release the Stg. 0 kit, as well as the master cylinder bracket. I am also still waiting on my fuel hose to get here. Was suppose to arrive at summit racing the 9th, but I have no update yet.

Steering Wheel Came in. I absolutely love it. Though Wish the Red Stripe wasn't there. I also took the time to paint the steering wheel trim and shifter trim satin black. Looks much better now.

Guess I never updated this thread. Anyway. Engine is here. Transmission is ordered. Still waiting on Vorshlag. Their Swap kit should be available soon, they are just getting prices sorted out.

630hp of N/A V8 Goodness. Pontiac Front Sump with Improved Racing Oil Pan baffle pre-installed.

Trying to get my old daily driver going so I can swap this car is proving to be difficult/expensive.

Brother Killed his turbo, so I donated the one off my 9-5 as I wasn't needing it at the moment. Couldn't really find a replacement, so I bought a TD04-19t (stock is td04-15t) upgrade turbo.

The turbine wheel had come apart in brothers stock turbo and killed the pre-cat in his downpipe. So I stole my downpipe to get his car up and running, leaving me with no downpipe. Upgrading Turbo, might as well upgrade downpipe. So now I am buying a new turbo, and a new 3" Downpipe in addition to paying to get the engine rebuilt. The addition of the new parts also means it needs a tune. Should make for a good 300+whp winter daily lol. Ready to get this swap going though.

New Shop update video from Vorshlag. I got more and more concerned as the video went on as no update on the swap kit, until the end where they dropped really good news/update. Excited. Still waiting on transmission, not had any updates on it. When I order the rest of the swap kit, I will probably ask about any info they have on that.

Really need to clean the engine bay. Interesting to see how much snow the vents let in.

Looking at making custom radiator mounts to slant the tops of the condenser/radiator way forward as well as move them both forward more. Then using the room to duct the rear of the radiator out the hood. Something I have been wanting to do on the current set-up, but there just isn't enough room currently. This will require the rad support to be modified/removed. Plan on making a small cross beam to tie the sides together, and run hood pins/quick release buttons to get rid of the hood release and center support bar that goes down to the frame.

Hoping it works out.

Vorshlag BRZ/FRS LS Swap Kit Parts!! Super excited to see these finally available. Lets get this show on the road.

I also got a new splitter template drawn up. It got dark so I decided to wait on getting it cut out. Really need to grab a few sheets of Alumalite like I planned last winter...
