I went out to do some 'cold testing' of the E85 tune and it's a cool 77 degrees out. :/

I did take a video but I'm not sure you want it, John. The car fired-up precisely as if it were running pump gas. No stutters or stumbling. I'll continue to video/datalog the startups -- especially as (if) the weather gets cooler.

For those with the E85 tune, do you notice the car running much smoother? I've done a lot to create a fair amount of NVH and it feels like E85 backed some of that off. Pleasant surprise.

Car runs much smoother on e85 especially at higher rpms on the freeway.

I can't get an answer from John other than "stop texting me and read" I have read the shit out of the map notes all the way to the bottom to include the e86 notes which I don't have. Can anyone explain why the AFR was deleted from the current tune?

Edit: I know see they took them all off but there was never complaints about the AFR map screwing up the gas gauge. This info was not in map note, it was in bugs and known issues.

Was anyone else having issues with AFR

I highly recommend no one else doing this. Running 93 on an ethanol tune is EFFing dangerous. Not only are you going to be super rich (and I'm talking like 9:1 under partial or full throttle) but your timing is going to be 5 to 15 degrees past your knock threshold.

I agree. I was thinking of all the possibilities of what could happen. But it got me home to an e85 station.

Wow. . I would suggest you get a cheap inverter for the car so that if you run out of battery for your laptop next time, you can plug in and change maps. Or get the tune file with 2 maps as pump gas and 2 as E85 for those emergency situations.

Hola John, any chance that file came in today? I was going to take data logs to send to you today, but I figured I would wait until this update rolls out.

latest pump gas is awesome...Loving it! and Some people might not like the new traction control but im having fun with it. It took me a few trys to adjust i was all over the place on it but once you master it it makes turning alot more fun at least for me, and even launching seems easier for me as well.
