Yep. I dropped my DD off to have the windows re-tinted, so I drove the FR-S to work yesterday. It started raining on the way home, so I went and slid it around a parking lot near my house. So the new driveshaft probably has about 30 miles on it now. No problems!

I've been noticing a good bit of torque dip lately, despite my headers and off the shelf tune. I decided to see if there was an updated tune out, and there is. Reflashed and HOOOOOO SON!!! Super linear, smooth power. Way more better.

Borla UEL and I went from OFT 1.42b stage 2 to 1.58 stage 2.

Awesome to hear that... excuse the ignorance but what's the main difference between stage 1 and 2? I'll be running catted headers which apparently "don't require" a tune, so technically I could do either OTS 1 or 2...

Not really the right place for this lol, but with aftermarket catted headers you show try both and go with the one that works best. Gotta watch fuel trims, timing, and the Ignition Advance Multiplier.

I believe they made one for a stock car and called it stage 1, then made another one based on a modded car and called it stage 2.

The only two things that really affect what tune is needed is the intake and the header. An intake just needs a MAF rescaling since they don't make any extra power (worth noting at least). With a header, the fueling and VVT needs to be tuned to take advantage of the extra flow and now changed exhaust frequencies. Shiv tuned based on a stock header/intake combo, stock intake/UEL header, and one based on stock intake/Catless EL header.
