this is why i stay away from models.. before i know it, i'm getting blowtorches to replicate dents and scratches...
Cool. I'll apply some after I solve my wheel problem. Seems like the TE37SL I got don't fit over the BBK of the Z-Tune. Gotta figure out a way to grind down the metal barrels.

Remember a proper heat cycle otherwise they'll squeal like a pig... potential to be the worst brake design ever...

Working on the R33 interior. Ditched the roll cage since the more I looked at it, the more I disliked it. Decided to go with a simple harness bar instead.

Edit: finished. Might touch up the harness bar paint, and the embossing powder since some came off.

Working on the R34 exterior. I really should have used multiple pieces for the front lip/splitter CF decal since I'm such a noob. No clue how you guys do it. The rear wing panel was easier. I also did the drive shaft.

Nonononono... you don't get to deny us close-ups of the harnesses. Give it up.

Kinda messed up on it. The picture does make it look worse than IRL for some reason.

Thanks. Too bad I messed up on the embossing powder. Oddly enough, I did this one after the R34, and the R34 looks way better.

Oh, and I chose not to file down the PE parts cuz I lost one piece trying to do so. Luckily the set had an extra. haha.

It's great. I bet it was a tough couple minutes between "Shit! How am I going to do this?" and "Fuck it."

I was filing down that rod piece that goes on the chest adjustment (it's two pieces, and having never owned a set of racing harnesses IRL, I don't know the terms). It flung off and bounced off my eyelid!!!!! Tried looking for it, but it is incredibly thin and tiny. Just glad it didn't go into my eye.

What's cool with this set is the release buckle (sorry, don't know the term), is made up of three pieces, and actually has 5 slots in it if you want to "buckle in" the 5 points (I opted to only have a 4-point).
