I know a cop and he tells me they 'profile' all the time...
That is probably what will SAVE me!
I can see it now... I will get pulled over based on the profile determined by my flashy orange, lowered, exhaust rumbling, tinted window "race car". I will roll down my 20% tint window and they will be greeted by a visage of an older version of Ned Flanders. They won't know WHAT to do!
All the times I got pulled over in my lightly modded Lancer GTS the first question out of their mouth was always "is this your car"?

I'd like to see their methodology (type of infraction) but it isn't shown.

Insurance.com says that tickets aren't as big a factor as repair rates and expense. Makes sense. If they listed rates based on repair history I'm guessing there would be many more 4X4 SUV's in the mix than FJ Cruiser.

"While speeding tickets and other violations drive up your own insurance rates, a high number of tickets is not an indicator that a car will be expensive to insure. Insurance companies care more about claims. If a particular model is involved in more accidents or is more expensive to repair after a collision, an owner can expect to pay higher rates even if his own record is clean."

My last two renewals went up by almost 15% on this pile.
I shopped around as well, equally expensive. This is what happens when you own a car tailor made for the younger tuner crowd. I knew I should have got a PT Cruiser.

But how would it stack up to your S2000, though?

No tickets for me (yet lol) in the FRS, but i can't go anywhere without every cop eyeballing me. Like they're just waiting for me to slip up.

not at all surprised for the wrx, stangely no camaros/mustangs are on the most ticketed list? not even the Evo X? and for the prius, that isnt a shocker. I hope everyone of those cockroaches gets a ticket. The most aggressive drivers on the street are the ones in the prius.

can confirm, once you get out of Clarksville, the drive from Louisville to Indianapolis is 2.5 hours long with 4 or 5 slight bends in the road. Speed limit: 55-65.

This is buy percentage of owners.

I have NO idea how many volkswagon rabbits or Mercury Topazes are on the road. But That right there is a good indication that you should probably smirk and say "Yup, thats the internet".

And I just happen to drive an FR-S AND a '15 WRX.

So far 1 speeding ticket in FR-S and just got nailed by a red light camera in the WRX.

Mercury Topaz, proof that shitty cars don't last. Haven't seen one for years.

probably also most vipers are driven like 500 miles a year, and like rack up a total of 5000 miles before they power over into a tree.

It would get destroyed when I swap in a V10 and put carebear seat covers on.
