Exactly, I was thinking rear drums, but it makes a lot more sense now, not using vacuum pressure to hold the car on a hill when the engine is off is much safer lol. I had always thought the pads on the discs were actuated when the ebrake was on. Thanks for clearing that up.

One of the plants I work in makes about 12000 rotors a day so it a subject I can actually speak to. You have any idea how boring the subject is too most people? Now my son in law works at a plant making assault rifles for the military EVERYBODY wants to hear what HE does!
