20 more horsepower, nicer exhaust tips for the USDM units, and better tires. That's all I would change. Maybe a little more sound insulation in the trunk.

You have got to be kidding, the stock tires are so much fun! Feel like the only people saying it needs more power are the same people who have sticky tires. Less grip is way more fun, IMO, but each to their own.

The stock tires aren't very confidence inspiring as the car sits, much less with 20 more horsepower. More power and stickier tires would have to go together, IMHO.

They're not SUPPOSED to be confidence inspiring. They were chosen for their easy and predictable breakaway. If they had more grip the breakaway would most likely become a lot less predictable.

I'd add an armrest, redesign the console underneath so the cupholder can be in the forward position while using the 12V adapter, and move the brake and gas closer together. I really can't heel/toe in this car without turning my foot sideways and I hate that. Less wheel gap. Change the navi HU in the BRZ. That thing blows goats. NO hard track up/down buttons? Seriously? It wouldn't be so bad if the screen calibration wasn't as bad as it is. Just a bug bucket of fail on that and I KNOW Fujistu can o much, much better judging by the outstanding Eclipse units they used to make.
Other than that I think it's perfect. |

I'll go with the thicker paint idea and less rattles inside (mostly from music up loud). other than that she is perfect.

It's not a paint thickness issue. It's a formula issue. Ever since manufacturers HAD to change the paints they use to a water-based formula ALL automotive paint has sucked.

+1 i hate the touch screen's sensitivity. You have to mash it to get it to read. and it is kind of slow and laggy so when in Nav it won't go then it will go twice. Aggravating. And more Torques. could use like two more lumps of torque. ![]() All I know about torques is they come in lumps - Jezza |

I got my BRZ three weeks ago, and I would change the following:
- the seatbelt (it feels like it's cutting into my neck) - add a center console - add a storage compartment for my sunglasses - add physical buttons for the radio - tilt the display screen more towards the driver - more torque - add a rear view camera - add the option of changing the instrument cluster colors (I'm not a fan of the red) |
