370z pricing

http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2014/8/1...-370Z-7721925/

Man. Base model 370s are right around the price range of a twin... But they get expensive quick....

Close to $50k for the higher trims, wow.

Pricing aside, I could never get used to the styling on the 370z. I know alot of people will disagree, but it is hideous in my eyes.

I can respect the performance, however.

i think there is still a good price gap between the two.

FR-S: $25,470
370Z: $30,800
Differences: $5,330

Wasn't the base model Z priced below $30k in 2014?

The Nismo is probably the only one I'd consider, but seems to have the same track-related issues as the regular models, which is disappointing.

Canadian 2016 Nissan 370Z starting at $29.9K ($24.8K USD)

After looking at the spec sheet on the 2016 Nissan 370Z coupe, it's almost stupid NOT to trade in the FR-S for the 370Z.

While 3.7L V6 & more specs than my 10-series for the same price is very tempting, I for one, will be keeping the FR-S.

Anyone thinking of trading in?

why is it almost stupid? It's pretty much exactly the same as it has been the last few years, albeit cheaper.

Still a small boat, still impractical, still doesn't come with LSD standard etc.

I appreciate them for what they are but, they're not for me

A lot of cars look better on the spec sheet compared to the FRS.

They are probably getting a new Z ready for MY17.

If the Z had been that price last year when I was looking I would probably be driving one now (and be on a different forum).
Not because I think it is a better car but simply because I would not have been in the Toyota showroom and spotted the FRS in the first place. Would probably have been happy as can be in my ignorance of the differences.
