The 2010 Camry SE had this pedal with a stopper on the back of it, but the pedal is only available as an assembly (78110-33060). Still it seems like coming up with some sort of stopper wouldn't be too hard.

Still, I had no real trouble heel-toeing in the car with the smaller pedal.

I got the part number 78101-20150, as your pictured. But for the life of me, I can't seem to remove the pin that holds the original pedal in place... Does anybody have a tip, an advice on how to proceed to swap the out the original pedal and install this one?

Yeah, it's pretty good. I bought the cusco pedal plate but I haven't installed it yet as I don't want it to be a crutch so I'm forcing myself to learn without it first.

So far so good but the problem I see is that you can't really use your "toe" it's more your midsole or ball of your feet as the gas pedal is short to get your heel square on it. However, I'm assuming with the cusco plate, which is longer, I should be able to use more of the front of my foot as opposed to the middle and hit my heel at the bottom of the extended plate.

Coincidence that I just installed mine today and then came across this thread, lol. I used a punch and a hammer to remove the pin. Just be careful. If the pin gets misshapen in any way, it will be a PITA to remove.

The stock pedal was ok, I expect this to be an improvement over something not bad to begin with. (Haven't driven it yet.)

What was your solution to the pedal stopper issue that @Jeff Lange mentioned? Or is it a non-issue?
