How hats was it to get the stock head unit out? I want to swap in my aftermarket deck, but am paranoid about scratching the trim pieces.

It really simple just pull softly at the bottom of the right panel first, it pops out really easy

Not really feeling that, for some reason it's screaming, "I'm Batman!"

Maybe painting the inside of the lights might look a bit more appealing?

I say nah also :s... if the rest of the tail lights were darker it would work i think. but yeah the clear is off putting.

Red film over the whole things seemed like it would look good. Or at least, it did in Photoshops..
