Yeah I wouldn't have helped you at that point either. That was excessive. I actually think this looks good for john.

@Sportsguy83 That is great to read you admitting that you did not have the full understanding of a situation when you bagged a vendor out and have been able to follow up with an acknowledgement of that. Not enough people are willing to do that.

OP. John is not here to be able to give his version of events which could make for a very one sided story but at least we were able to see the facts of what transpired. To me it seems he was more than reasonable with assistance even after he knew you were in active participation with another tuner.

I would never have gone to another tuner in your situation. If the person you were using at the time couldn't figure it out, that what the forums can assist with.

p.s. I hope this thread does not get deleted.

John was being a god damned saint in that exchange compared to the worst we've seen before.

Another thing that I should point out is that the OP refers to people on here helping each other out and all. Let's not forget that Visconti isn't here anymore.

Anyway, I haven't always been John's biggest advocate (quite the contrary) but I don't see any problem here.

Barking up the wrong tree is an understatement here.

But since that is what you are into, my toilet is blocked, why aren't you here to clean up my crap?
I'll make a thread instead of asking my plumber to do his bloody job.

On another note, its really sad seeing another ecutek "Master" tuner falling short of the title.

I bought and paid for :
John Visconti's Ecutek Tune
Doyen's FA20Club.com Ecutek Tune

When I have an issue I call them and I ask them about "THEIR" tune.

If those text messages indicate anything it's patience with someone who wants something for free. You need help from John to sort out "Circuits" tune.

C'MON MAN!

My tuner did a great job tuning the car. This issue is not tune related so i was asking from a previous stand point if he has seen the maf go bad. Because of the issue i stated. Tune is great.

Why did you ask visconti for the map scaling?
Who installed your vortech kit?
Who did you buy your vortech kit from?

Interesting to see you've ignored the first question.

Now, why are you asking visconti about a Rev works installed and purchased vortech kit?

Bring it on

We may not always have the best prices, but you can sure as hell bet that someone at CSG can answer questions better than a random sales guy who just slings parts.

I'm not the most knowledgeable or experienced guy at CSG... I just happen to post here the most
