Yes, but it is no biggy. They are small 6mm holes.

Fits just fine. After a tire took out my Koru works front lip, I bought that same lip from ebay. Installation is easy, just need a jack/jack stands, drill, screws. looks exactly like my Koru works one.

The one you have it's the "CS Style", the one i talk is the "ST Style"

But i think it's the same process to install ... it's require drilling ?
