Sos- I own a firestorm FRS and laugh at brz owners. Like I've said in many threads, I hate the front bumper of the BRZ not to mention the sides of it too. Plus the scion badges are better. I have zero need for heated seats and the buttons would just annoy me. Wasn't going to comment until you implied all FRS owners did it to save money. I did not pick the FRS to save money, I bought the FRS to avoid your fugly front bumper and the side piece that is perfect for the 86 sign and Subaru put an ugly metal strip since 86 is a Toyota thing. Since I owned my car I put all LED's in and my own nav system in which I hear brz owners also hate their nav systems. To each their own but don't post assumptions that are wrong to validate why you went with what you did. And besides I also have a customized plate like the previous frs owner which I love.

Spect- Na, just wanted to make sure SOS knows his front bumper is fugly compared to the FRS front bumper and that is one of the reason I went with an FRS and not because it was cheaper which with all the extra features I got I could of gotten a BRZ slightly cheaper.

Understood, but your opinion is not "gospel." People will have different opinions - you can express yours without being excessively negative.

And not to argue but FYI the FRS bumper (which I like mostly) and side stakes (which I dislike) can be added to the BRZ for less than the cost of proper head lights for the FRS. Calling either car ugly tells me your eyes are broken or you're blinded by rampant fanboyism, which is laughable since they're practically the same car. I don't five a damn for what reasons you chose a FRS vs. A BRZ but you're reasons are no more or less valid than anyone else's. Now go enjoy you're de-contented BRZ, wearing a badge dreamed up by some marketing weenies for the north american market only because any other market would see right through the charade. We all have our reasons, quit pretending yours are better. |

Don't feed the trolls! Just lol, popcorn, and relax. We drive a great car, they drive a great car, all is well with life. Don't let 'em get a rise out of you.
Anyway... leather seat wear...

I think the leather seats subaru put on suck...
My 530i has 11 year, and outside of the leather being dirty, it has barely any cracks... |

Thankfully i've seen no leather issues yet - with the exception that I have two leather scratches from the day of purchase (that the dealer is YET to fix).
But yeah, it seems pretty low quality. Cloth is the better choice for this car IMO. |
