So first week of October.

Saturday or Sunday?

Meers/Medicine Park or somewhere in OKC?

A lot of people are saying Sunday would work best.

If more people keep saying Sunday, then we'll just shoot for that

Meers would probably chase me off - I'm not sure I can swing 6-7 hours just driving for the meet from Tulsa.

I know there's 3-4 of us in Tulsa, but more in the OKC area. I could handle OKC area, or somewhere further north or east. But I'd be hard pressed to go much further south.

I personally really liked the Pops suggestion - north of OKC. Also would allow me to take some of old 66, which is actually a pretty decent drive.

With that said, I could probably be swayed toward something in either Kansas or Arkansas, and pick up some good beer for my trouble.

No matter what, some people will have to drive further than others.

This is why I suggested OKC. It seems to be relatively close by to everybody on here in Oklahoma. OKC is about 2 hours for me. Others live there or are anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours away on either side.

Seems like a good central point for a meet imo

I propose Pop's on Rt 66 in Arcadia on Sunday, Oct 6 @ 1:00 PM. How's that sound to everyone?

http://www.pops66.com/

There are also a dozen or so wineries to tour along Rt 66 between Arcadia and Stroud, for those so inclined. Some of my favorites include Tres Sueños, Tidal School, and Sparks Winery. They all have free tastings, and October is grape stomping season.

I'd be able to make "Pops". It's a nice drive from Tulsa.
