Real Texans don't like rice burners. Several exceptions such as one who works for Toyota (their pickup of which), I think, is built in the Lone Star State.

my comment had nothing to do with riceburners or not liking my car. just saying that dodge ram drivers are jackasses in general in rural texas.

This thread is ironic, because before I bought my BRZ, the asshole drivers I've noticed in my area in the last 6+ months have all been FRS/BRZ owners.

Nissan Maximas, in my area, are notorious for being driven by owners who just do not give a fuck. Although brodozers are the up and coming thing. Because there are so many places to go offroading in the New York Metro Area.

I think it's safe to say that most truck drivers in Texas will act like that regardless of the brand. Especially the really shiny ones with the lifts that would probably fall apart if they even tried to go off road.

In general, at least in my area, I would say there are more douche Subaru/Mitsubishi/Dodge drivers than Nissan's. Especially now that models like the Impreza series have become more affordable. Almost every single one I drive by seems want to remind me the size of their turbo, or do a downshift and flyby with a thumbs down after you pass them at 70 MPH. Honestly, no one cares... Half the people out there don't know the difference between the race track and simply being a d**k on public roads. The sound of your external waste gate does not depict anyone's 'pecking order,' but how much you are willing to dump into your car over the other dude. How does that prove anything? There is always a bigger fish. Basically, you have two types: 1) People who act as if their car is something it is not, or 2) People who think their car makes them better than who they really are. Usually 1 is associated with more 'affordable' cars, and 2 with 'less affordable' cars.
