I'm asking about the black rears; I looked at Chaplins Subaru already and saw they only had the black fronts. Worst case scenario, remans are $100/corner and I'll get them PCed black.

I want fixed rears...so it's half bling half function. Mostly bling though. I AM a car guy at the end of the day and appreciate matching aesthetic quality.

Ok, I can dig it. I had no intention of upgrading the rears so I haven't really tried to hunt them down and I wouldn't know where to begin? Sorry brother but I got nuthin.

Like you said - Maybe get the red rears and PC em?

Red rears are difficult to find used TBH and remans are actually already bare aluminum so that's probably the route I'll go if I have the extra cash flow.

Im gonna test fit another set of 4pots on the rear, if they fit, I'll sell you my 2 pot red rears.

Can you slap a magnet on the fronts to see if they are in fact aluminum?

I didn't know that the WRX version calipers are aluminum and was under the impression they were all cast steel.

And to clarify you can get the Black version with a flat Subaru sticker now like mine. The older JDM versions did have raised lettering.
Actually I think the fronts are steel and the rears are aluminum, sorry I posted up the incorrect info and I will edit my post so people do not get confused. Would be awesome if the fronts were aluminum though!

Thanks,
Rick

Unfortunately that won't give any useful input. If one 17x7x48 wheel fits, that doesn't mean that any other wheel of the same size and offset will - it's all in the design of the spokes.

Diameter will determine whether it'll clear the disc, but since we're talking stock disc size we already know that works. But I suspect the opposed-piston calipers are too wide to clear the stock wheel spokes.
