I'm sick of the Sirius XM phone calls after the 3 free months. How many times do I need to tell them I use spotify for all of my music needs?

I've received both a $1 and $10 bill in two surveys from JD Power.

I started to respond to one of them, but there were like 6 questions on the car, and then 4 pages of questions about magazines, so I just shredded it.

I always get mail and other Subaru stuff, I wish they would knock it off. I like my BRZ but I'm not a huge Subaru mega fan. They are a quality brand and they made a car that I liked, period.

I haven't received any yet, but my free trial expires this month. So I'm prepared to receive a few calls myself.

This. I actually tried to fill everything out to the best of my ability, assuming that they actually listen to this feedback.

The only survey that matters is the Subaru Sales Satisfaction survey, which you should receive through e-mail, or in a printed form if you don't respond to the e-mail within two weeks. If you had a great experience with your salesperson, please give them top marks; it's part of how they get paid bonuses from Subaru! Think of it as tipping your server after receiving good service. As a salesperson, I can tell you it's the difference between getting really mediocre compensation for my time, and getting adequate compensation.

If they didn't do so great, well, I have no sympathy for them.

I get those suverys all the time because I buy new cars every couple of years.

*Keep in mind* - your survey responses to the JDPower and vehicle quality surveys directly affect the overall published ratings for the BRZ/FRS.

That means if everyone rates the car poorly, then the re-sale values of your BRZ/FRS may likely be adversly affected when the survey results are released to the public. Who wants to buy a used car with poor customer satisfaction survey ratings, right?
(this does not apply to all the dealer performance surveys)

I think you should rate truthfully, but keep in mind that your rating in some way does affect the potential future resale value of your car!

i wrote in marker across the entire page of the survey and wrote "NO" and mailed it back. survey free since then.
