yup the stalk is plug and play. its easy pare.

the stalk does have the auto feature but with all the progress that we are having so far, its just a matter of time til we figure out how to add the auto headlight module just like the GT86. and when that time comes your car is already prepped

I got that much but which side is red/white and which side is white/red... It only refers to the driver side. Re-read it and you'll see what I mean...

Is it possible to be able to turn it on with the parking lights like how the BMW fogs works

2 wires to light a 12v bulb. 12v+ and ground. The drivers side turn signal connector has red/white wire with 12v+. The passenger side turn signal connector has white/red wire with 12v+.

Not with this method. To do this you need a stand alone switch.

Slightly off, but still on topic. Is anyone aware what the EU GT86 Stalk part number would be? I am interested in setting the fogs on the stalk, but would like to have the option of a rear fog light as well. I personally feel that the rear 4th brake light concept is not the "correct" way to utilize the option. I would like to keep it as intended, a rear fog light.

Where'd you guys ground the other end of the fog lights? is there a location near the connector behind the bumper?

I grounded here at a factory ground point. You can see 3 (with fog ground) in the picture. This is looking down into the engine compartment. The yellow part is the oil fill tube. There is another ground point directly accross the bay for the passenger side.

From the pictures it looks like there is a ground wire in the connectors for the turn signals. A possiblility. The black wires have to be grounds.

Am I correct in thinking that the last thing needed to make the fogs 100% plug & play is the wire harness in this ebay listing:

Looks about right. The connector splits into two, turn signals and fog lights. It would be awesome if we can find the part number for that harness.
