Ok so I went to look and couldn't find it? How exactly do you rate a supplier / give feedback on the forum? I looked under the profiles but couldn't spot it.

the main problem issue here is miscommunication.

if ryan made proper arrangements with us then there will not be an issue.

the plaques are NOT to be advertised by anyone else in the forums except for zetaproducts and 86_ZN6 (me)

we are not aware that he was already advertising this on the forums.

i told ryan that i will posting for him but he did not respond and the next day we see this new posting of him which created the issue.

this issue is small and can still be corrected. If ryan still agrees and accepts the terms and conditions then we can still proceed with this group buy.

we are here to correct the issue and not create more problems

Oh okay, so somebody else helping you sell your products is a big no no. I get it.

Too late now, I doubt anybody from SA would want to buy from you again. You're not the only supplier.

if proper arrangements are done then it's a good thing but if not, then it's a no no.

companies/suppliers has their own policies.

the forums even has it's own regarding advertising and selling

Um, I know it's hard to understand, but you're kind of missing the point.
Ryan is not advertising the items for himself, he put the thread up to ask if anyone would like to club together and buy.
At no point has even insinuated in any way that he is a dealer.
Either way, basically what you are saying is that only you can put pictures up of your products on a forum, thought you'd maybe appreciate the exposure?

Guys lets not go down this road. I did say they could use my picture.

There was never any intention to create issues between us and suppliers. We as a group of enthusiasts opted to get plaques and extended the rest of the Africa forum members the opportunity to join in on a order I was placing to save costs.

Whether I did this off line via email or on this forum, that's my choice.

You as the supplier would get a single order for ex amount of items. There is nothing on the forum rules that indicates I cannot do such a thing. I am using forum approved suppliers, not like I made up or replicated your items and was going to make a profit off your ideas.

In fact Zeta and 86 ZN6 have place your pictures and prices on our forum and nobody ordered due to the items being too expensive.
Along with other members we have bought your goods, which has resulted in members asking us to get them items as we know the process and the best suppliers.

Your tactics is not how we do business in SA and we won't have suppliers trying to take us for a ride.

That being said apologies have been made both both parties incl myself, which we hope to put this behind us and move forward.

Angelo if you want our order, allow me to continue with what I started and we can give you quantities for acrylic plaques.
