^ This guy I like, not to mention that I don't want some UTI dude using an impact to tighten my drain plug among other shortcuts, I'd rather do it myself. I can't wait for the spark plug change

Edit: before the rage fest occurs about how not everyone is capable to do their own maintenance, I realize this and it's just a suggestion to consider.

Ultramarine 6MT. complimentary ipod holder a bunch of keychains.

im kind of appalled that people are paying over 30 for this car in different states thats effed.
the main selling point is its under 30k for a sports car that is fun great handling good on gas cheap to fix. reliable.

main reason why i didnt go with the subaru version, if im spending 30+ on a subaru im buying an STI. though i must say after sitting in a 2013 sti im disappointed in the seats. the FRS/BRZ seats hold you in WAY better im not exaggerating. i love the seats in the 04/05 STI they are great and for some reason the seats in the SRT4 are fabulous.
but the '13 STI and WRX need a revision on the seats they are too open. i slide everywhere like i feel like the seats were made for 275LBS + people. i fit like a glove in the FRS seats these have to be some of the best seats ive sat in.
I payed around $25k after trading in my 08 tC. Really couldn't pass it up. Not to mention, my insurance and monthly payment went down for some reason.

oh those spark plugs look fun... lol apparently you need a one of these.

or similar to this. since there is no clearance between the head and the body of the car you need to push it up to get entrance.

Thank for the feedback, I'm thinking about whether or not it's worth cancelling the maintenance warranty extension. That was $533 alone. I just realized that they didn't give me any paperwork saying what the intervals are? All I know is that it includes 6 oil changes and a certain amount of tire rotations and car inspections. I originally didn't even think about getting the warranties! I can save at least a little over $2500 I return the vehicle warranty extension and the maintenance warranty extension (the vehicle one was about $2065). The thing is, I think I might drive my car more than 12,000 miles a year, if that's the case, I could hit the 36,000 mile limit on the included 3 year vehicle warranty. I gotta do some math but the main thing is, isn't something bound to go out in 8 years? The AC could go out, or something electrical, like the window switches and stuff like that. The weird thing is that the vehicle warranty doesn't say anything about covering the rear suspension, it only mentions the front suspension.

I've definitely gotta do some thinking. Especially since my financing was on 5.43% APR. This is my first car and I didn't use a cosigner or anything but still. I was thinking about refinancing already but I was told that it could hurt my credit if I refinance so quickly. I was told to wait about 6 months at least.

Put the $2500 in a savings/investment account and keeping adding a little to it every month or so, you might have well over $5000 by the time you need to get a bunch of things fixed (a/c, electrical, etc.). That should help cover the costs of any repairs.

I drive over 15K miles every year, and I'm not worried about the standard warranty expiring, as long as I have some money reserved for emergency repairs

As for the APR, yes, you should wait at least 6 months before re-financing. When I bought my first car years ago, my APR was pretty high too, but I was able to get a lower rate by refinancing 9 months later.. I was no longer considered a "first-time" car buyer, so that helped with getting a lower rate, even though my credit score didn't go up at all during those 9 months.
