It seems to only be based on track driving. Klikk.no have earlier done the same thing with TopGears BRZ review. I would rather read the English one. But if anyone should be interested. HERE you have the BRZ Topgear test in Norwegian. 0-100 time at dinside.no seems to be just wrong. It was not long ago since Toyota had a car on display at a show with specs underneath. 0-100 in 6,9 sec. Wich is the basically the same as stated for the BRZ. |

Ill will not translate this into Norwegian.
I asked the author of the article at dinside the following questions since there were so many strange numbers there: FLERE FAKTAFEIL UNDER TEKNISKE DATA?? Reply from Knut Moberg, DinSide.no: Hei! The standard model Subaru BRZ will not be available in Norway according to the last paragraph. |

Bummer, finnish price is up: 46.000 euros! Basically fully loaded with navi and all. Good accessories but bad price. It's exactly the same that was Celica T-sport years ago, and our taxes just get lifted. So in that perspective, it's okay. I'm gonna import it from germany
![]() How about the norwegian price? |

Toyota said starting price at 425 000,- when I visited a local dealer, but every online source and magazine say somewhere around 450k. 450.000NOK translates to 58900 Euro. The Finnish price of 46.000 Euros would be about 350.000 NOK. ________________ About my questions to the author of the Dinside article. The numbers are probably right. -There have been other sources lately claiming higher 7 sec 0-100 times. So I guess and hope they like to underestimate the numbers. Personally I would like the see it lower. -Weight is probably right, and so is probably top speed in that chase. -Manual transmission will use more fuel compared to Automatic. So the price for importing the car to Norway with manual transmission will make us have to pay 23933 thousands extra in taxes compared to the Automatic if the numbers in the Dinside test are right! 164g CO2 with Automatic : 40700 NOK in taxes 181g CO2 with Manual: 64633 NOK in taxes Difference: 23993 NOK I am curious how the Automatic version will be priced compared to Manual. Not that I am interested in Automatic... US FR-S price increase from manual to automatic is 1100USD. Ill translate that to 9000NOK with VAT and pricing here. So in theory. The Automatic version might be around 15000 NOK (24000-9000) cheaper compared to the Manual version!? |

These two reviews of the BRZ released today have exactly the same specs as the Norwegian review at dinside.no in terms of weight, 0-100 and CO2.
Seems like those numbers are the official ones for the BRZ premium. The different reviews have slight variations in top-speed though. http://pistonheads.com/roadtests/doc.asp?c=47&i=25430 http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/Drives/...012-CAR-review Weight: 1239kg 0-100: 7,6 CO2 manual: 181g |

Toyota SørVest have a base price of 460' and change for my model.
All in all I paid 452.000 for mine, no extras over the 'top spec' model. that is basically all extras except the JBL sound system. Delivery date Q1 2013...

Congratulations on you being among the first owners in Norway!
![]() And probably first Norwegian forum to place an order! ![]() I have read the price should be 448k for both MT and AT. I assume that is without delivery cost? What are included in your price? Did you pay extra for something? Winter tires included? If they are, you know anything about them? 16" OEM JDM wheels would be nice. What options does it have in the "top spec" model. That is the only model right? 17" wheels, dual climate control, navigation, start button, alcantara/leather seats with heater, spoiler.. All that included??? So upgraded JBL sound system is an option and basically the only option? You know the price? What color is yours and what colors could you chose from? MT or AT? You know if any Norwegians would be able to take delivery in 2012 if they wanted? All information appreciated. ![]() Have not talked to dealers lately and last time the information i received was kinda off and uncertain it seemed. Still no information on Toyotas webpage. |

I went for the Dark Gray with black interior, and manual gearbox.
The base price is with keyless access, 17" wheels, dual zone climate, heated alcantara seats, Touch&Go navi system, Tectyl antirust, full set of floormats and a full tank of fuel. The available options with prices are: JBL Premium Sound - 21991,- Protected Doorhandles - 775,- (I assume this is vinyl to protect the paint from fingernails. Mudguards - 0,- (Dunno if this is actually a free option or just unknown price Vinyl bumperprotection rear - 1376,- Parking sensor - 5381-5996 depending on colour Ashtray - 856,- Carbon wingmirrors - 0,- (Again, most likely unknown price) Emblem Campaign model - 0,- (Unknown) Chrome Toyota Logo - 1949,- Stripes Black Doors - 4295,- Stripes Black Hood - 5085,- Stripes Silver Doors - 4295,- Stripes Silver Hood - 5085,- Information is still a bit sketchy, especially with regards to delivery. The car is touring Norway in july, and democars are expected late august, early september. Democars will be primarily black and red with AT (sadface). |

Great information!
Nice to have all those options included in base price. Norways GT86 is basically the BRZ limited in terms of equipment. Nice to hear that we get the added rust protection too. Improved JBL sound system as an option. Gotta have that. BUT 22000,- NOK!! Seriously?! On second tought. Ill skip it! I was thinking 5000-8000. This is a little sports cars in the "cheaper" segment (compared to other sports cars) Who adds a sound system costing 22000,-?? Considering you already have a sound system in the car I would consider that their estimated value would be around 25000,- NOK. That is insane! Upgrading to a better hi-fi system on a new 3-series is 6400. Upgrading to Harman Kardon sound system is 13400. In my ears and head HK-sound system is higher valued. But i have not heard to JBL system so who knows. I bet the dealers will try to sell more AT. As written earlier in this thread. The car is 24k cheaper to register with AT due to lower CO2 taxes. The extra cost of AT should be somewhere between 9000-18000. With same selling price for MT and AT I would also let the majority of demo cars have AT if i were the dealerships. Oh, were winter tires and wheels included in your price? You have any idea if the NAV unit supports handsfree bluetooth and has built in DAB reciever?? |

Not sure about the DAB receiver, but I was told there was BT handsfree support. If there isn't my salesman will hear it.
The price was not including winter wheels. I was adviced against it by the dealer (a friend of mine) as I could get them alot cheaper from an independent wheel and tire shop. I believe the price was in the 22-25k region for wheels and tires. Edit: The price include a 5year/160.000km factory warranty and 3 years of free roadside assistance. Not sure if that is normal Toyota warranty, I'm normally a VAG man and they give 3 years/100'km. |

About 1,5 year ago basically every car brand in Norway got a 5 year warranty if they did not have it. There are some differences in km range between those who have 5 years. Kia have 7 year warranty. VAG have 5 year/100 000km today. |
