Never got the letter, my account shows no active subscriptions. I even contacted them about the missing Nav a few weeks into my initial trial subscription and they basically told me my receiver is only eligible for the free radio trial. Navigation would cost me extra:

Contacted XM and SoA twice, and finally SoA got it working for me, glad they're extending it out to people! (XM flat out denied it was a navtraffic enabled headunit)
Anyways, to use navtraffic, you really need to have a route calculated. If there is no sign of navtraffic working, you may need to do a radio refresh, go to this site and follow the instructions: https://care.siriusxm.com/retailrefresh_view.action |

I was told my sat radio would be renewed when I got my letter ages ago, but it never did. Didn't think anything of it, but when I recently did a battery disconnect/reconnect for a mod, the sat radio started working. So if you were told that you would be getting a service extension but nothing happened, try the battery thing.
