If your not familiar with John Visconti Tune it's done on the fly in the car. ECU hold's 91 and e85 tune so it's very easy. Run the car till gas light comes on filler up. Select tune for type of fuel then press gas pedal.

If you live in cold weather Buyer beware E85 does not like to start in low temps.

Yes, E85 doesn't like cold starting. People have waited in their cars, stranded at times, to get the car started. Definitely something people should be aware about.

I have driven an E85 tuned 86 and it still wasn't enough power for me. The car had about an extra 60 whp. And I have run out brakes even with my car stock on downhill sections.

I think for people that just want a bit of a bump it's a great option though.

E85 is a miracle fuel for the masses. The Evo crowd has been running it for a while, but without FI, the gains really aren't that dramatic. I go from 352hp to 556hp at the ground, just simply by filling up with E85 and flipping a switch. This is because my setup is really made for E85. But on a NA engine, all you really get is a decent increase in timing across the RPM band, and that's about it. The true beauty of E85 is its ability to absorb heat, which really comes into play with FI.
