Jayde - Those rally armor mudflaps look great!

Leonardo - How much did you pay for OEM. I paid $59 because it was from Scion dealer and not my Subaru dealer.

Everything is a matter of degree. Pinning grit between a moving surface and paint is pretty poor move though.

FYI there is a group buy for the rally armors. Check the group buy section!

The rear mudguards require one of the holes to be drilled (out of the 4 total iirc). The mudguards seem pretty solid. I'm sure I can just duct tape it to give it a better 'seal' when winter comes around. The front ones don't need drilling, oddly.

Do you guys think that the difference in protection warrants the difference in price?

How close are the OEM and rally armor to the ground? Rally armor looks pretty low, what happens when you lower and hit bumps? scrape?

Also, is there an easy way to erase the rally armor logo?

I like the cleaner OEM look.

I think the rally armor mud flaps are reversible. So you can flip them and mount them on the opposite side, so the logo is facing the tire.

I bought Rally Armor flaps black with red on a whiteout. Should be here tomorrow. They are wider than OEM, which is what I need/want. I have 8.5" wheels with 225s and I can hear crap being thrown onto the car.

I used this car for an example. Also, notice he still has about 1-2" of space below them. They should flex over a speed bump.

Just installed OEM mud flaps, took about 45 minutes. Instructions calls for some drilling but i did it without drilling or taking wheels off. The hardest part was figuring how to take off push pins. They were a perfect fit and looks streamline as far as mud flaps goes.
