Because of the Mustangs poor seating position for the passenger my GF would never even suggest I purchase that vehicle. Rented 2 convertible versions while in the Keys. Wasn't a fan of the mustang.

Hey, if someone tries to drag race you, now you can say "hold on, I gotta go home and get my other car!"

Some of you need to take some reading comprehension classes lol.

Props to you and the family for the nice new stable. The 5.0GT cars can be pretty beast with very lil work. Nice set of coils and sway bars and they are really fun to drive around the track to be honest.

any way congrats

I was confused too, I think the way you worded it was a little unclear.

You bought a BRZ and your wife liked it, so she wanted to get a sporty car too, so she got a V8 mustang. And now you have much less money than before buying the BRZ and Mustang.

Makes perfect sense to me, except for the part about the Mustang having more room in the backseat than the BRZ. My kids (8 & 9 years old) have pretty much equal room in the back seat of my BRZ and my Mustang GT, they fit fine in both, and should until they are at least teenagers.

Exactly djdnz!

Miniata, I found there was a bit more leg room for my 6'2" frame, less head room, but the kids are shorter anyway. Like you said, it'll be good until they are teenagers, and banned from driving either car!

Exactly...that's the point, we love the BRZ, and we love the new Mustang's...She missed driving manual's and this resparked her love of them, and she wanted a Mustang.

I'm in no way comparing the two directly here.
