Yeah, it seems to start when the AC clutch pulley engages for the first time, and stops when it disengages, I made another video focusing on it.

Run the engine with the belt off. See what happens.

Removing the belt off seems a bit of a hassle? No idea how to do that (and put it back properly after?)

I've turned off the AC, so far no noise at all the few times I have started the car.

How willing are you to find the issue? Just take it to a dealer if you're not gonna try to diagnose it yourself. Taking off the belt isn't difficult, and a quick YT search will show you the process.

You're coming to a forum to ask for help, help was given, and you're like "nah that's too hard, why can't y'all immediately diagnose my car based on my very detailed description of 'ta-ta-ta-ta-ta'?"

Learn to work on your own platform. It'll help you in the future, and, in turn maybe you'll be able to help someone else. Otherwise, just go to the dealer and pay $200 for them to half ass the diagnosis themselves.

one of the reasons I bought this car is that its SUPER easy to work on, at least under the hood. The belt is nearly as easy as opening the trunk. Im not kidding. Put a tool in the tensioner, and detension it. then slide the belt off. Start the car, and listen to the noise or lack of it. Put the belt back on and try again. This really is the only way to isolate if its related to anything spinning by the belt

It is ridiculously easy to remove the belt on this one, especially if the stupid noise generator has already been removed.
