Honestly, I think its plausible it could be a windows issue, but when we pay $500, we're really paying the majority of that towards software, as such this Shiv person should be able to assist, however unlikely.. It's all good though, I'm getting a local shop to do a deeper tune anyway soon, but I'll be nice to have the OFT for datalogs and real time data display. |

I needed to reach out to OFT a couple of months ago and filed a support ticket. It took a few weeks, but I eventually got in touch with OFT and they successfully resolved my issue (and were apologetic about the delay). I'd DM them on this forum, Facebook, and the OFT website and give him some time to respond. Not ideal but seems like they might be short-staffed and/or have more work than they can handle.
