I'm in the USA for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully I'll have the prototype on the week I get back. Whilst I'm away I'm getting EL race headers made, boring and just like everyone else is doing. But at least I'll have something decent to compare UEL against.

Ok, ok

I posted an update in another thread.

The current plan is to cut and shut the MY11 WRX manifold to see if I get the sound I want. Then adjust as needed. Once I'm happy with the sound I'll build a prototype with cat and see how that goes.

Another update on what is slow progress.

I've cut and shut MY11 WRX headers to fit up.

Now sitting next to stock headers and 86Drift race headers.

Now for some disappointing news. With the stock exhaust you can't hear the burble at idle. You can hear it when revving, but it's not earth shattering cool.
I'm going to install it with my 86Drift track pipe and try and get a decent video. I can't do driving videos as there aren't any O2 bungs and too much restriction in some of the pipes.
