I did it. I bought the truck in Michigan a couple of years ago. It was a relatively painless experience. Getting it plated was no more the a safety.

Here is my ideal combo

I don't think an IS can do this....



Reason I plan on getting a 3-8 year old Nissan Frontier soon is because while I miss my Tacoma I hate the newer Tacoma's and they have too high of a resale value. Looking to get the king cab V6 with 6-speed manual. Want to make a dessert runner style vehicle (travel a lot to Arizona and Southern Utah) and also be able to tow the FR-S to track as I make it more of a track focused car.

Had a '13 FR-S Asphalt 6spd manual (bought new 5/25/12, sold 6/10/20) but needed to let her go... she will be missed.
