I will say this. The short duckbill spoiler almost looks okay, but that's about all from those real life shots. Color looks cool, rest of car? Some things once seen cannot be unseen.

It doesn't. But inversely people should not get all pissy and self righteous when people say they DON'T like something. Many want the praise but will not accept the criticism that is also going to occur. It sometimes seems that RB kits come with a chip to be placed upon your shoulder as soon as you install it. I will defend anybody's right to do as they wish with their car but I also reserve the right to not like it and say so if asked (or in the case of this thread in a general conversational context).
The whole "if you can't say something nice say nothing at all" thing is great for little children but grown ups should be able to take some negative comments without resorting to the whole "everybody that does not agree is a hater" thing. God I hate that.

Looks pretty good, the excessive canards is kind of rice though.

I don't think it's that people have negative conments. It's how negative they are. When people see wheels they don't like they say" Naw they are too busy." Or"I don't like thin spores like that. I think it would be better this other way."

When people say negative things about wide body its like " that's the biggest ricer piece of shit I've ever seen." Or "those canards are hideous. It's a ricer's wet dream." That's why people who "speak negatively" about RB or wide body or anything"controversial" are determined haters. If they could be just a tiny bit respectful then it wouldn't be an issue.
Additionally when did removing go fast parts(the canards, wing, spoiler, anything) make a car "less ricer"? Form>function I guess. Sounds pretty hypocritical to me

As usual I agree with you, criticism is always a good thing if handled right, and I actually agree with many here that this new kit isn't very nice, but to me there's a stark difference between saying you don't like something and going the extra mile to insult the people who don't agree and/or make sweeping generalisations.

And agreed on calling anyone haters, it's a copout to deflect genuine criticism, but I'd go one step further and day that just about any major visual change to a vehicle carries with it a chip for the shoulder, rim choice, radius size, width, stretch, wheel color, body color, big wing, no wing, door hinge type, camber setup, poke, ride height, aero, it all carries the potential to be very polarising

LMFAO GO FAST BITS WITH A RB KIT? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Those canards are not functional, that wing is not functional, nothing about this kit is functional, unless all you want to do is run wider wheels.

My rocket bunny wing made my front end loose at higher speeds. Sounds like it's doing what it should be doing to me

I like such cars. I wouldn't drive them myself, but they are nice. Our cars were not meant to be drag racers, but to focus more on handling. Such a kit coupled with a moderate S/C, can eat many GT3 cars for breakfast.

The canards would add some downforce, though unless they are attached to the chassis itself and do not have flex the downforce is limited, however they will still effect the vortexes created by the shape of the car.
The wing however, will have a pretty significant change to function, for a RWD car that's pretty light, having additional downforce on the rear, especially if turning the engine / adding FI or a complete engine swap, will directly effect traction.

Just my $0.02.

But most people don't run wide wheels. Just F14's 18x9 and spacers lol.

The canards might look functional but unless they have done wind tunnel testing, I doubt they do much other than cause the bumper to flex and sag.

There's side effects of adding wings aswell. Parasitic and induced drag, something aero space engineers have been dealing with since 1903. Unfortunately most RB kits I have seen are "visual builds" specifically for IG likes lol.
