I didn't see this one listed anywhere else here, sorry if I missed it. I think it's the best version of the Greddy exhaust. This it the car that showed up to Cars and Coffee. Start at about 54 seconds.

WHAT THE FU** HOLY F***ING 0:57
@Dimman 24.8 kg-m TORQUE ON THE DYNO??? WHAT THE F***? (that's 9.8*24.8=243Nm, measured at hubs not crank!) 15% improvement at all revs too??? @Ryephile hey, you said the SC made the Elise a brilliant well rounded car...well, apparently 15% extra torque everywhere is not so hard? This had better be a joke. More specific torque than a Ferrari 458 by far...considering several percent of that torque is disappearing through friction in the gears. |

In other news that exhaust sounds pretty fantastic....but looks crazy expensive. However that Nameless Performance sounds really good too (thanks for the vid guys,) and I don't imagine it's as pricey |

That is the same kind of dyno that Perrin is using in their testing, and one I'm not too familiar with. (plus I'm having issues with my wifi and youtube is not being friendly...) What I'm learning about those Dynapacks is they measure axle torque directly and then convert to a number based on the car's gearing. Certain numbers are supposed to represent engine figures. But as you point out 180 lb-ft is patently ridiculous from an exhaust unless we have some forced induction somewhere. Now how the Dynapack converts to 'crank' figures is based on user input of correction factors. Sooo... a wee bit of room for operator error. When I can get an non-choppy look at the video I can maybe comment more.

Could it have something to do with the weight reduction, and then a power conversion using the Dynapack's acceleration mode?
So they add the exhaust, subtract the weight they removed from the model, run it in acceleration mode and compare the output based on stock acceleration? The stock figures of 180 hp and 155 lb-ft could be somewhat consistent with how the Dynapack converts the axle torque to a figure somewhere in-between crank and wheel hp. So the numbers ***could*** be something like "If you take out x kg of weight it is the same as if the motor gained 30 lb-ft of torque." Maybe.
