How much do you think it will cost for spark plug service at a Subaru dealer?

Thanks for the post hachi!
Spark plugs look so easy!! 1. Undo some wiring 2. Undo some exhaust piping 3. Lift the engine out of the car 4. Change plugs Thank goodness for my new, easy to maintain car

A lot of complaining about replacing a part that you only mess with once every 5-6 years. If you are really that worried about it save a few bucks a month and just pay someone to do it and enjoy the hell out of your call until that point.

That's using the assumption that they are two different entities...

Lol this is true for most people. I don't care, I see it as a fun saturday project with a case of beer and a couple friends. I just thought it was funny that I'm slowly reading the steps for it and all of a sudden get to "lift the engine out".

Yes, that is using the assumption that Subaru does not own this web site, obviously. If you are going to imply something just come out and say it. Do you know or believe that Subaru owns this web site?

I don't know about directly owning it, but I'm fairly certain they're well connected to it.

i've never read a tech manual like this before, but do all the manuals specify the displacement and "non turbo"
iirc all usdm subaru models have a trim that includes a turbo except the tribeca..is this a hint at future models, or just the standard per subaru manuals? BRZ Model 2.0 L non-turbo |

I can almost guarantee that you can do it from the top or the bottom without moving the engine with a little bit of work. Even if you have to move the engine, it should only take the removal of two nuts, not the whole rigamarole that the factory manual states. -Charlie |
