Unless you registered good luck. CES is not open to the public sadly; although, I was there last year. If I knew they had a BRz there I would have gone this year.

I think my dream BRZ would be the premium with the HVAC/keyless. No spoiler, no button filled steering wheel. No need for leather, etc.

Probably looking towards premium unless limited's relatively cheap.
+1 on this. I want all those things w/o the leather and buttons. Also don't care about spoiler.

The tire thing is weird. 205/55/16 is the same size for the base model Impreza/WRX tires. Are they downgrading the wheels even more for final production to reduce cost?

They put it in the bottom of a CLOSED center console.

I'll probably remove the console and route an extension USB cable through there. Easy enough, but should have been thought about beforehand.

Has anyone noticed if the car has a DC connector?
I don't see it on the dash, wondering how I'm gonna power my radar now without having to buy the direct cord.

Stop speeding?

Just cut the radar detector cord and strip back the wires a little, then tap into the 12V+ and chassis ground, crimp the appropriate wires together and then heatshrink it all up.

...wut
I would guess that this car didn't leave the factory with the 17's. Since production hasn't officially began, this vehicle would be a "near" production unit.

Since there also appeared to be a California license plate in the trunk by the spare tire, I would guess the car is registered so it can be driven on the roads, which necessitates the tire inflation and load rating information sticker in the door jamb.

My only small complaint is the placement of the USB for the iPod. Kinda in the way but I don't think it's a big deal.

Man, I can't imagine trying to drive this car like it's meant to be driven with all of those buttons on the wheel.

Yeah those are pretty bad. They're simple and perfect on my Mini but there's just too much going on here.

I also wish the toggle switches were for something cooler than AC controls, like TC or stability control. Or sidewinder missiles.

I probably wasn't going to get the Limited anyway.

The car just looks amazing in that blue. I may be going BRZ over the FRS at this point just because of it.
