To add to what jamesm said, you can use Romraider with the OpenFlash Tablet. Just like Tuner Pro, it is map editor that saves the tune in .bin format. Then you use OpenFlash manager software to load the tuned files (that you saved with RomRaider) to the OFT. Then use the OFT to flash the ECU. It basically just takes the place of the ecuflash tactrix cable (which is a fine tool in itself).
