I actually like the minimalist/professional look. It should look like they're joining a community of enthusiasts, not to be mistaken for a community of loud flashy ricers types. The less busy/flashy the card the better in my opinion. Plus if you put either car on it'll be tiny.

The 001 of the new Corvette just went for $1,050,000.00 looks like Toyota needs to take lessons they spent money on the first 86. GM charged them out the ears lol

I kind of found one I went to a little drift event in a factory parking lot that was really smooth they build house boats but about 12 of us showed up for a cone drift course in the competition I some how took 3rd place. I'll let everyone know if they do it again it was like local motors but switch back and figure 8 drifting.

Yeah they showed me how and helped me along because I wasn't doing so good at first. It was a really laid back thing but no one competitive in drifting was there to instruct just weekenders that work at the factory.

That's because GM fans are idiots...that car won't be worth that much ever again, the production number means jack nowadays since all these cars are mass produced. But who cares really, someone with more money than sense bought a GM car because it's the first production car of the C7 run, and will probably store it in a garage in some hope that it will become collectible.

I hate these first car auctions GM does...they always do it with Corvette models, instead of just releasing the cars at the same time so everyone can have a taste. It's PR hype, and makes my blood boil because it only caters to the super rich. Oh well, I'll just have to wait to take one of these C7's for a spin. I have always loved the Corvette, but it will take a hell of a lot to get me to want to spend GT-R money on a GM product...it better shatter every record, have an interior worth a crap, and actually be fun to drive. The last Vette I drove was ZR-1 and it just felt scary, like it was always on the verge of wanting to crash. It handled amazingly, it was just not a confidence inspiring car, like you couldnt trust the car not to kill you. Sure some people are extremely fast in the thing, but these guys are professional racecar drivers.

Oh well, I rambled. A million+ dollars for a GM car is stupid, but I will admit that i wish I had that kind of money so i could make stupid decisions too.

They had to sell it for that, because they are so choked out by the unions that they went bankrupt twice in the last few years.

Lol yeah I know, I wouldn't actually buy a GM car, because of the whole bailout mess, I stick with European or Japanese imports, not because i don't like supporting American jobs, but because unions are corrupt and broken and i don't feel that they need my money.
