How did those brake pads hold up? Have you ever used track pads? It seems to me like you could benefit from them. Even on an 86 with stock power I'd be overworking W4s.

I’m sure faster times have been run. Came here to see if others have posted for TGPR, but it looks like not much has been posted in a while. Definitely check this place out if you get a chance. Cheap weekdays and weekends available. Except for the whole hard on tires thing here.

Not well. I tried to go for a pad that was street friendly too....I'm done with that now. I'm getting Carbotech XP10s for track days and whatever pads come with GT brembos BBK for daily

If you're going to use dedicated track pads and aren't worried about street friendliness, I'd go with something more serious than an XP10. Of the many pads I've used on 86s that are marketed as track-only pads, XP10s are my least favorite.
FWIW, I don't think XP12s are much better. Not until I drove the XP20s did I think that range of pads was worthy of an 86 on track. Even then, I prefer offerings from CSG, Hawk, PMU, Winmax, and others.

I have a set of Fortune Auto 510s on the way for this season and will be running RT660s after I get the new suspension dialed in on my RS4s, so I'm looking to keep cutting this down this year. I unfortunately didn't have a camera at the time of this lap but will have recordings of everything moving forward.

Street legal car, tuned stock engine.
245 Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R tires, splitter and wing. Wilwood front calipers and Girodisc two-piece rotors in the front. OS Giken custom tuned LSD. Oil cooler and a few more goodies are listed in my journal. Latest couple of date we run on 245 Hoosiers.
