Nice meeting you Redline! Great work, do you have any vids/data from your sessions?
This is Jon with DGM BRZ full of stickers, I was doing tech when you came thru. |

I approach T2 at about 112, let off/brake and entered around 100, apex around 103 and then max out at 116-117 as I get to my braking zone into T3. Thinking about it, I could probably start braking later as I usually turn in to early. |

No need to wait until June! There are plenty of other events for some seat time. BIR HPDE days, Road America, USAIR, DCTC, RPM, MPH, MAC autox, ect.

Road America would be sweeeet. Just bought forza 5 and ran about 30 laps last night at road America so I'm sorta familiar with the course haha.
I'll have to look into those others as well. I also need to look at my tires, brakes and bank account haha. I'll be doing that last mnta for sure in any case but I need to get a beater asap. I'll cut up that video a bit and load it up heh heh |

I used Race Chrono for logging with just the internal GPS, so take it somewhat with a grain of salt, but one of my more ballsy laps, I slowed down to about 104 for corner entry on T2, apexed around 102, and then hit 112 before my braking zone for T3 (I was braking at about the 3-3.5 marker). Granted this is is my stock power FRS with 225 bridgestones and TRD springs/sways/konis. I probably could have pushed it more, but I do prefer to stay on track lol.

If anyone is selling some better rotors with good life left locally I'd be interested in that as well.

Jason, street light? How much does your car weigh?
(Just curious if you've dabbled in weight reduction. Im not complaining or trying to blow a whistle. You would be one less driver to have to beat ^_~ ) Last edited by KevinK121; 09-16-2015 at 02:42 PM. |
