The results are not a surprise to me (and probably nobody here either) and very close to the real test that took 2 hours we did at work a few years back.
The whole trick is to really honest with yourself when you answer.

Gee, still INTP here as well. I'm slightly on the assertive side...

I wish the managers that have made me take this bothered to use the data, but that requires certain types... Usually they just think I need to change.
