Haha I'm gonna have to figure out how to slowly enjoy the bags I brought back. Haven't opened them yet, somehow.
I will bring you more next time we visit. And we will visit again!

Must be a local thing since I had never heard of them either. All those flavours that are shown are probably actually about 10% of what is out there at any given time. They have short run flavours all the time.

OK, so I know I have said this before but this commercial has started airing again. Since it shows the steady progression of the dog's age and ends with Duck being old and hardly able to get into the car is the closing line "so you can always looks forward to whats next" really a great tag line?

Many ah moon ago, I did some research on sugar beets up in the Red River Valley in Manitoba. Damn near froze my butt off, as I recall.

Yes, I realize the main purpose for raising sugar beets is to extract the sugar. And, that they feed the pulp to livestock. I learned from you that they also use beet juice in the road de-icing mixture .........but,

TO FLAVOR POTATOE CHIPS ........

Kind reminds me of the plains Indians using every bit of the buffalo.

Time to wind down the week.

I made meatballs for supper tonight, from a recipe I got from Lena in Gilroy, CA. Lots of garlic! The kids liked them ......

Took the grandkids home a couple hours ago. We keep them on Friday nights to give our daughter and son-in-law some adult time. Oh, my, I hope they don't use that adult time to make another child ........ I'm getten too damn old for this ......

Pa-Pa humfrz - signing off for the night.

I could go for some home made meatballs. Maybe I'll make some for dinner tonight!
